Mallard Bay New Construction

This coastal inspired, new construction project, in one of Knoxville’s most incredible lake front subdivisions, was full of color and pattern. From the beautiful blue cabinetry to the custom ordered upholstery, this colorful design is bright, happy, and very functional. Every detail of this new construction project had to be planned out and furnished by Shae Design Studio. From cabinetry, flooring, lighting, furnishings, art, rugs, and accessories this design definitely brings out the coastal feel. The SDS team loves the renovation process and worked diligently with all the trades to make sure that all of the electrical, plumbing, and mechanicals are in the right location and works perfectly for the final design.
