This Gatlinburg VRBO property was quite the investment for some of our clients in the Midwest. The clients contacted us about how they had purchased a property that required a complete rmodel. This client needed designs for the entire house and someone to help project manage the contractors. The Shae Design Studio team started to work on drawings, floor plans, presentations, selections and meetings with the contractor. All appointments and planning were done over zoom and the clients relied on the SDS team to make local selections for this investment property. The flooring, furnishings, bedding, rugs, lighting, cabinetry, and accessories were all furnished from Shae Design Studio. This project is truly a transformational design and our clients were thrilled to see their VRBO bookings immediate flow in.
