1. When can we get started/how long will it take?
Every design is different, so time-frames will often vary depending on the scope of the project and material lead time. On average, a design from concept to completion may take 3-6 weeks.
2. How do I get in touch with you?
You can contact us at (865) 313-2656 or visit our showroom at 9700 Kingston Pike #11, Knoxville, TN 37922. For design clients, we do ask that you call to schedule an appointment so we can give you our full, undivided attention.
3. What cities do you work in?
We are based in the Farragut area of Knoxville and prefer to schedule in-home consults within the Knox county limits. However, we welcome anyone and everyone into our showroom, where we do have equipped designers to help troubleshoot any questions you may have about our products or designs.
4. How much does it cost?
The final cost of our services/designs depend heavily on a client’s budget and scope of project. However, we will happily work within a client’s set budget and to meet your financial needs. We also offer 12 month interest free financing.
5. What interior design services are available?
We are proud to offer a wide-range of design services, from spatial planning and paint selections, to renovation design. Head over to our services page for more details.
6. Do you sell flooring, tile, or counter tops?
Although we do carry a few lines of cost effective laminate and engineered wood flooring, we do not sell other construction materials such as tile, granite, or quartz. However, we work with several companies that offer flooring, tile, counter tops, and other materials who can provide you with selections based off the layout we create for you.
7. Do you work with other trade professionals?
We collaborate with a network of professionals, formed through years of practice, including architects, contractors, builders, local business owners, artists, and artisans who share our vision.
8. How do I prepare for my initial consultation with an interior designer?
No preparation is truly necessary. As long as you have an understanding of what services you are interested in and can relay some information back to us based on questions we may ask, you can be as involved as much or as little as you would like. Based on the information we collect and the measurements of your space, we are happy to take it from there and provide 2-3 custom design options for you.
9. Do I need a designer if I only want help with new furniture?
We have equipped and experienced designers on our showroom floor at all times. Our showroom designers should be able to help answer your questions, give you some feedback for your space if you need it, and help you select and/or purchase furniture. We are able to purchase furniture that may not be displayed in-store. If you would like to schedule a time to preview other furniture options that are available for you to purchase, please contact us to set aside some time to discuss your vision and pull options for you.
10. I don’t know what style I want – can you still help?
Absolutely! Our team of designers are skilled and trained to design according to multiple different styles and the individual tastes of our clients. If you’re unsure, we will happily work with you to figure out or develop a style of your own. We know it can be scary and overwhelming, but you can trust our team of designers to leave you feeling beyond satisfied with every project and purchase.
